1、 Chemical bonding method
The chemical bonding method uses 100% wood pulp fiber (down pulp) as the raw material, and the fibers in a single fiber state are loosened into a mesh through air flow. The water-soluble adhesive is sprayed onto the surface of the fiber mesh by spraying method, and then baked and reinforced into a cloth. The main uses of the product are industrial wipes, women's hygiene products, baby wipes, tablecloths, wet facial wipes, and cooking cloths.
2、 Hot adhesion method
The hot bonding method involves mixing hot melt fibers into the fluff pulp fibers, with a mixing ratio generally not less than 15%. After forming a mesh through air flow, the low melting point fibers in the fiber mesh are melted by hot air or hot rolling, and the fiber mesh is reinforced into a cloth. Due to the absence of chemical adhesives, the thermal adhesive method of nonwoven fabric has better fluffiness and moisture absorption, and is mainly used as an absorption core for high absorption sanitary products, thin women's sanitary napkins, etc. Based on this purpose, some production lines are equipped with high absorption resin (SAP) powder application devices. Due to the addition of high molecular water absorbent resin, it can transform water into a solid substance after absorbing water, greatly improving its water absorption ability.
From the above introduction, it can be seen that although we refer to dust-free paper as paper, its essence is not paper but non-woven fabric. The inherent differences are significant, so we cannot speculate on the essence and functional characteristics of dustless paper based on its exterior name. Due to the current development of industry, there are more and more equipment involved in the application of dust-free paper. In order to meet different needs, dust-free paper is also divided into three categories: glued dust-free paper (VICELL), heat bonded dust-free paper (ZORBCOR), and comprehensive dust-free paper (VIZORB).
